Welcome to CRWI's Home Page
CRWI was founded in 1987 to provide information on better ways to
understand and use high temperature combustion. CRWI currently has
twenty seven member companies that
share interests in hazardous waste combustion. CRWI is advised by an Academic Committee.
CRWI's goals are to:
- Reduce hazardous industrial waste;
- Help member companies improve their combustion operations
through sharing of the scientific knowledge available in the field;
- Facilitate combustion research;
- Cooperate with lawmakers and regulators to provide
environmentally sound laws and regulations governing hazardous waste
management; and
- Educate and raise public consciousness about the importance
of combustion.
